Q1. When are HOA payment due?
A1. The HOA Board usually sent out the letter in late October each year reminding
everyone the paymet is due January 1. Payment made after January 10 will incour
a late fee of $25. If the payment is not paid by March 1, the account will be
submitted to Magistrate Court for collection. If that occurs court cost will
be added to the account.
Q2. What are the form of payment accepted?
A2. There are two forms of payment accepted. You can write a check (make payable
to Dean's Landing Homeowner Assocation & write lot number on the check)
and mail it to the address on the "Contact Us" page. Payment can also
be made online using Google Wallet using deanslanding@gmail.com.
